Shawn: Ahugh! This happens all the time, I call someone and they TEXT me back! (This prehistoric family operates on dumb phones, rendering texting un-easy.)
Me: Who did that?
Shawn: My mom. She wrote, "I saw that you called and was at work, on my way home now, did you need something?"
Me: (as Shawn attempts to 3 tap per letter type a response) Why don't you just CALL her back?
Shawn: No, she's on her way home from work so she's driving so . . .
Me: ????
Shawn: Okay, yeah, maybe I will just call her.
Ridiculous.
